Henley Festival is an exclusive boutique black tie festival taking place over five days, celebrating the best of UK & International music and arts at a quintessentially British location. It’s a place to soak up the atmosphere and be entertained whilst experiencing a vibrant program from pop to world music, classical to jazz, and blues to cutting-edge new musicians, where art and gastronomy share equal billing with music.

We have a variety of packages available combining our best tickets with dining at The Riverside Restaurant, The Terrace Restaurant, the exclusive dining area within The Pontoon or our corporate entertaining experience BARCO, where you can exclusively entertain large groups. With street theatre, poetry, comedy and visual arts exhibitions also on show, the Henley Festival of Music & the Arts is a truly unique cultural experience that encapsulates the English summertime.

Riverside Restaurant

The Riverside Restaurant enjoys a reputation for exceptional fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere with stunning river views. Your guests will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner before taking their seats for the floating stage concert. After the concert guests can return to their tables to continue their evening – the entertainment continues across the festival site as well as dancing to the live riverside band.
Hospitality packages are offered in multiples of 10 or 12 with a number of private entertaining enclosures for groups of 40+ available each evening. The Riverside package also includes a private riverboat trip at the start of the evening, the perfect way to relax into the evening’s entertainment from the Thames.

The Terrace

Packages in the Terrace offer dining in one of our longest-running and most popular restaurants for Corporate Entertaining. Over the years, The Terrace has earned its reputation as one of the best locations to be seen during the Festival.
Your guests will enjoy a champagne reception before taking their seats at private tables where they will be served a three-course menu and selected wines. The restaurant has magnificent unbeatable views of the river and offers an opportunity to view the hustle and bustle of the early evening festival. After the Floating stage concert, your guests can return to their table for post-concert drinks.
